Why ICG?

The International Commission on Glass convenes the most established global network in glass science and technology, integrating academia, industry, and research centers.

ICG meetings provide:

  • peer-reviewed, high-level technical content with real industrial relevance
  • direct access to leading researchers and decision-makers in the glass sector
  • early visibility of emerging materials, processes, and applications
  • a consistent international platform for collaboration and standardization

For participants, ICG is not just a conference – it is where technical direction, partnerships, and long-term developments in glass are shaped.
